PC PAL has a clear & simple pricing structure - we charge by the hour.
A 1 hour minimum charge applies.
We do not charge for travelling time to your home or office.
All rates exclude cost of parts/components.

In the event that the problem is not resolved within the first hour, we will provide an estimate of how long it could take and will not continue until you are happy for us to do so.
Job Sheet
Upon arrival we will complete a job sheet which contains your contact details and brief details of the problem. This will then be updated when the job is completed, creating a record of everything which has been done to the computer.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of work agreed. We accept payment in cash, Company cheque or by personal cheque (with guarantee card). We will soon also be accepting debit cards (online payment only). A full receipt will be given.
