If you are currently on the phone to your dedicated PC PAL Computer Repair Engineer and he/she wishes to take a look at your screen to diagnose/ fix an issue for you, please follow these 5 simple instructions:

1. Please click the appropriate Remote Support button below:

2. Click Run (Microsoft Windows only).

3. Please tell your PC PAL Engineer the ID number shown on your computer.

4. Please tell your PC PAL Engineer the PIN number shown to securely connect to your computer.

5. Sit back & watch your PC PAL Engineer resolve your issue right before your eyes!
