I have used Peter on a previous occasion to great effect. This time, my laptop encountered a problem with Internet Explorer that even Microsoft couldn’t fathom out. Peter took on the challenge and managed to find the root problem, which was one even he had not encountered before. It is now in his memory bank should other clients have the same issue.

Initial contact was through a yellow pages entry. Peter was able to give us an interim solution to our Laptop keyboard problem by getting an on screen keyboard as a stand by. This interim had not been suggested by other consultants we had contacted. He ordered and fitted the new keyboard and also sorted out some other minor ancilliary issues.
