Even though he didn’t have the exact part we felt I needed, he was able to leave me with a temporary that both solved my problem and provided an upgrade/improvement and he has promised to return with the required part within 3 or 4 days.
Initially the hourly rate seems to be expensive, but when you get the quality of experience and service that Peter supplies it turns out to be worth every penny, I just wish there was a PC Pal in Portsmouth to help my parents!!”
